Shipping Policy

Shipment of your Salon Performance purchase will be handled through Fedex Ground Service unless otherwise requested. All orders received by 3:00PM EST will be shipped same day. Orders received after 3PM EST (or on holidays or weekends) will be processed/shipped on the next business day. Note: customers requesting Next Day/2nd Day Fedex air shipments after 3PM EST Friday will have their orders delivered Tuesday/Wednesday the following week.

International Orders

If you request a shipment to be delivered outside the United States, you will be responsible for all costs associated with duties, tariffs, taxes etc., in that particular country.

Return Policy

Salon Performance will provide a full value company credit for any item returned within 30 days of purchase and is in re-sellable condition. Credit will be applied to your Salon Performance account upon receipt of goods to our warehouse. The value of credit will be determined by the last price paid by item.

If an item needs to be returned, customers must first contact Salon Performance’s Customer Service Department to obtain a “Return Authorization Number”. That number must be printed visibly on the outside of all cartons being returned. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs back to Salon Performance’s warehouse.

Note: Due to COVID-19, the following PPE items may not be returned. Disposable capes and aprons, face masks, face shields or gloves of any kind.

Payment Policy

Salon Performance accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Checks and money orders are acceptable forms of payment for cod orders only. Checks that are returned to Salon Performance for insufficient funds will be charged a $30.00 processing fee.

Back Order Policy

Salon Performance takes every measure possible to ensure every order is shipped correctly and complete. From time to time, we may be presented with supply challenges with our manufacturing partners. Should an item be back ordered from your shipment, Salon Performance will ship the item once received, to you with no freight cost.


Claims for damages, shortages or other discrepancies must be reported to Salon Performance Customer Service (888) 884-8862 within 48 hours after receipt of goods.
